Export Report
Function Description: Generates a pavement distress analysis report from the "Distress" and "PCI Section" layers. The report summarizes route PCI, grade, distress quantity, distress distribution, and fill and cut volume, and lists detailed results by route and section. The output is an HTML file that can be opened in a browser for viewing, sharing, printing, or archiving.
The trial version only supports exporting the pavement distress analysis report for 1 route and 10 PCI sections. After formal licensing, results for all routes and sections can be exported.
Input Conditions
The project must contain a verified "Distress" layer
The project must contain a "PCI Section" layer generated by PCI
Select the target road lines used to organize route and section information
If distress, sample units, or PCI results have changed since the previous export, recalculate PCI and export the report again.
Operation Steps
1.Click Export Report and select the target road lines to include
2.Set an export path with the .html extension and click OK to generate the report
3.Open the report in a browser and check that the route count, section PCI, and distress statistics match the project layers
Report Content
1. Summary
Each selected road line is summarized as one route. The report includes the number of PCI sections, route PCI, average grade, and fill and cut volume for that route.

Only point cloud-based distress detection automatically calculates fill and cut volumes; distresses obtained by other methods have fill and cut volumes of 0.
2. Route Details
Lists PCI section and distress distribution details in route order, helping locate low-PCI sections and their primary distress.
Section PCI Information: From the "PCI Section" layer, containing association information between PCI sections and a trajectory or Road Center Line.
Before exporting the report, confirm that both the "Distress" and "PCI Section" layers have been generated and that PCI was calculated after the latest Distress Verification and Sample Units Editor operations. If either layer is missing or still corresponds to older detection results, the report may fail to generate or may not contain the latest results.
