Meaning

The processing stage did not complete or did not produce a usable result: extraction failed.

Common Causes

• Input quality, overlap, initial conditions, or thresholds are insufficient for the algorithm.
• A more specific input, data, environment, matching, convergence, or output error occurred earlier.

Resolution Steps

1. Check and resolve the first more specific error in the same task log.
2. Verify input quality and use default parameters on a small representative sample.
3. If the failure remains, provide the processing log, parameters, input statistics, and minimal sample to support.
