Contour Conflict Detection

Overview

Contour annotation conflicts occur when there is a logical inconsistency between the elevation values of contour lines and the elevation values of elevation annotation points. For example, an elevation point with a value of 50 m falling within an area labeled as 90–100 m contour intervals constitutes a conflict.

Usage

Navigate to Terrain > Contour Conflict Detection.

Parameter Settings

  • Input Contour File: Specifies the input contour file in SHP format. The file must contain one or more contour lines.

  • Elevation Annotation Points: Specifies the elevation annotation points to be used for conflict detection.

    • When the input contour file is in GPKG or DXF format, the internal elevation annotation point layer is used by default, and this option is not enabled.
    • When the input contour file is in SHP format, an external elevation annotation point file must be specified.
      • Input Elevation Annotation Point File: This field is enabled only when the elevation point option is active. It specifies the elevation annotation point file in CSV format.

  • Output Path: Specifies the output path for the conflict detection result file in CSV format.
