SAVI

Function Overview

SAVI (Soil Regulated Vegetation Index) is an improved vegetation index. By introducing soil regulator (L), it effectively reduces the impact of bare soil background on vegetation signals. It is especially suitable for monitoring low vegetation coverage areas (such as arid areas and early farmland growth stages). .

SAVI

Parameter Setting

  • Input hyperspectral image data: Input the hyperspectral image data file. The format supports tif, tiff, img, dat. The data must have wavelength information.
  • Band: Select the band participating in the calculation and can automatically match the band according to the wavelength.
  • ROI: After selection, only the minimum external rectangle in the ROI area is calculated exponentially.
  • Mask: Only the effective area of the mask is calculated exponentially after selection.
  • Output path: The generated tif path.
