Profile Tools
Tools in this section are used to create and analyze a profile (transect) from points. A dedicated 3D view will be created, and a tool bar will appear in the top-left area of this 3D view. With help of these tools point attributes can be easily edited in LiDAR360.
Profile and TIN Tool
The TIN tool can be used to build a triangulation model in real time and assist users to edit point cloud attributes. Please refer to TIN tool for more details.
Note: The light can be adjusted by the hotkey P on the keyboard to improve the render effect.
Profile and Measure Tools
All of the measure tools are available in the main window. The Angle Measurement, Height Measurement, Length Measurement and Pick Point are available in the profile window.
Note: If any of the measure tools is activated for the main window, the profile tool will be set to unchecked. At this point, if the section area needs to be reselected, the profile tool must be set to checked manually.
