## Canopy Height Model(CHM) Segmentation ##

### Usage ###

Navigate to *ALS Forest > Batch Process > Canopy Height Model(CHM) Segmentation*. The [CHM Segmentation](CHMSegmentation.md) tool is used for automatic segmentation and processing of [CHM](../Terrain/CHM.md) derived from LiDAR data. 

The steps of this process are similar to the [Forest Metrics](ForestMetricsIndex.md). For more information about the CHM segmentation, please refer to the [CHM Segmentation](CHMSegmentation.md).
